Payment terms: 2% 10, Net 30 Days

Freight terms: We bill freight as a separate line item. Normally ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Another method available: Bill recipient on your shipper #. Please note on your purchase order your preference. As a manufacture, Stingray Surgical Products can only estimate ship dates. In reference to "rush orders", (orders needed by a specific date) will automatically be assigned NEXT DAY AIR status. This way Stingray Surgical Products will understand the true urgency for this order and handle as such. We work to our best ability to manufacture and process all customer orders as timely as possible. 

Ordering: Purchase orders are preferred. May be faxed or emailed.

Credit Application: Must be completed and signed or submit your credit information and sign the bottom of our credit application to our payment terms.

Return Policy: Products returned for credit or exchange must be in saleable, unused, unsterilized, undamaged and in unaltered condition.

The following are non-returnable:

Products laser etched at the request of customer

Custom and special ordered products

Products which have been sterilized or used

Products etched or altered by customer

Damaged products

Products not returned in original packaging

Credit will be issued as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase-full credit

Within 90 days of purchase-20% restocking fee

After 90 days-nonreturnable

Returns accepted without a copy of an invoice-35% restocking fee

Defective product returns will be handled through the complaint procedure.

When returning products:

Call customer service to obtain returned goods authorization

Wrap products well to prevent damage in shipping

Enclose RGA documents
