Are Stingray Surgical products latex free? All products manufactured by Stingray Surgical are latex-free. We do not use latex in any of our manufacturing process and our approved suppliers do not use latex to manufacture any of our components.

Is there a minimum order requirement? No, We currently do not have any minimum order requirement.
What services does Stingray Surgical offer? Stingray Surgical offers a variety of repair services from reinsulation, repotting, non-stick tip replacement on any existing manufacturer forceps. Repair services including Bipolar forceps,Monopolar forceps,Laproscopic Instruments,Leep or Lletz instruments,Kleppeninger Inserts, Suction Tubes Cables and all elctrosurgical instrumention. Can Stingray Surgical produce custom instruments? Stingray Surgical can produce customs order to meet to your specificiations. We can alter an existing product or produce a new model of instrumentation to meet your criteria. Please contact a representative at Stingray Surgical for further instructions.
Does Stingray Surgical Products promote a "green" program? Stingray Surgical supports and is a pioneer in costsaving electrosurgical products thru many of its producr lines such as: "Eco-Friendly Forceps."
What is the product warranty? All of Stingray Sugircal Products are warrantee to be free from manufacturer defects and workmanship. In addition Stingray manufactured instruments have a "no hassle" warantee for all one year.
How do I know my product is still under warrantee? All products date coded when purchased.
How do I return a product? Please contact Stingray Surgical customer service to obtain returned goods authorization. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for full credit with enclosed EGA documents, products must be returned in saleable, unused, unsterilzed and in unaltered condition.
